Author’s Bio
This book was written to give glory to God. As a son of the Highest, a husband, father, and kingdom business owner, I had to share my tale, not only about the last storm I faced, staring down the barrel of my enemy who had intention to kill, but my journey of faith in God leading up to it. I’m now on a mission to inspire others to tell their tale and in unity send out the message of salvation.
The enemy wants to kill, steal, and destroy. I believe the bigger the attack on our lives, the greater the things that will come. Ultimately every scar tells a story. I realised my scar had to tell the story of my life and God’s grace – my scar is a story for Christ.

Nico Theart
From a young age, Nico flourished in the information and technology industry where he found great satisfaction in building extraordinary solutions for blue-chip companies in the South African marketplace. As a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and Qualified Systems Analyst, he was the architect and head developer of a revolutionary software development company, who were pioneers in logistics and providers of supply chain solutions on the internet. In 2014, he relocated to Melbourne, Australia where he currently resides, steering his own successful innovative software solutions company alongside a team of specialists, for the kingdom of God.
Nico is a loving husband and father of three precious gifts from God, and has been a follower of God, his son Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit all his life. A believer that within Christ we are capable of doing anything, including being an author. After Nico and his entire household was under fire, escaping death by the grace of God, they were encouraged by the Holy Spirit to start Scarred for Christ. This is a platform to allow everyone who has been scarred in life to share their testimony with each other and send out a message of hope.
